Whole House Remodel
You can buy a new house but you can’t buy neighbors! Do you want to update your tight, blah or outdated home? Thinking of doing a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, and redoing the living space of your current house? Do you need to update but don’t want to leave your current neighborhood or current address? Are you buying the worst house in the best neighborhood? Have you been trying to sell your house but haven’t had any buyers?
Our Process
The most wonderful part of Build Right that makes us unique is we have open books and transparency.
1.Consultation (FREE)
We are excited to meet you! At the first meeting, we will look at the space and get to know each other. We see the project, understand your timeline, budget and needs. Needs could range from matching other spaces in the home, flooring and square footage. This is a very key part of our process as we are here to make your visions, dreams and ideas a reality.
After the consultation we send you a quote and then contract. The contract and all other information of the project will be on Coconstruct. Coconstruct is an all-in-one construction software for homebuilding and remodeling. Coconstruct can be accessed on a computer through a web browser. Most of our clients download the Coconstruct app on their smartphones. It is very user friendly. This will be the way that we communicate with you so everyone on the project has the same information. This eliminates any misunderstandings.
2. Design (Drawing Plans)
Most of our customers already have an idea of what they desire for the project. Build Right comes in and helps with putting those ideas onto a drawing of the space and help design your project.
We go over walls, drop ceiling, door openings and which way the door swings. Electrical layout for plugs, and where you want light switches and what they control. We’ll dive into specialties for outside; a RV outlet connection, extra plugs, a hot tub connection and gas fire pit.
Everything will be installed prior to covering the floor joists with insulation or drywall. Everything needs to be on the drawing before we submit it to the city for review and a permit.
3. Meeting and hand off (Project Manager)
Up to this point you have had the opportunity to meet with our sales representative and our design team for your drawings. It is time to meet the Project Manager that you will communicate with you for the rest of your project. During this meeting you will go over all of the finishes for your basement or remodel.
The Project Manager will direct you to our store fronts to pick out materials. After choosing the materials, please upload it to Coconstruct. Subcontractors can see this. The Project Manager will go over all the steps moving forward and show you the schedule or timeline for your project.

5. Open, Honest, Transparent, (Communication And Open Billing)
Unlike most General contractors, we are different, in a good way. That translates into being honest. Everything that is happening with your project, the good and the bad, is shared with the owner. Sharing everything with the owners/clients keeps you involved and up to speed with progress or delays. Instead of the client wondering what the bills are from subcontractors, we have decided to have open books.
We want our owners to see everything. We invoice the contractors bill with the General Contractors Fee (GC FEE) for the management of the project. Remember, if you change your mind, rest assured that you will get to see the change in cost. All the invoices from each subcontractor will be visible all the way throughout the project.
6. Project is completed (Final Inspection)
When your project is near completion, we will do a walk through. We check every detail and blue tape anything that needs attention. When everything that was blue taped is fixed, there will be a final walk through. After this, your project is complete. We will order the final inspection and the space is ready for your enjoyment.
7. Referrals (Yearly Customer Appreciation)
We love referrals! Don’t be alarmed when we ask if you know anyone who would benefit from our services. We appreciate reviews on all forms of our social media. Please be honest in your review, whether it is brilliant or indifferent.
Once a year, look for an invitation for you, previous or current client, to get together for an appreciation activity. It's always nice to see our past and current customers enjoying time with their families and our company.
