Build Right Contractors has 13 lots for sale in Genola Utah. The lots are 2.5 acres. The land has been in the York family name since it was homestead. This is provided by the federal Homestead Act of 1862. An area of public land in the West granted to any US citizen willing to settle on and farm the land for at least five years.

Grandpa LeVon York drove babe and Bali as a team of horses to plow the farm. Sugar beets were the main crop at that early time. Other crops were hay, grain, tomatoes for the canary. 

Many decades of farming later it is now for sale as the York Farm Estates. The land is right next to BLM land (Bureau of Land Management) and will have an access road to it.
